Kendra Grieco and Alana Gidycz met while working in the bakery at one of Seattle's top restaurants. Their East Coast brashness and shared love for the Eastern European comfort food of their childhood made them a natural team. Together they have over twenty years of experience in baking, fine dining and catering (but really they just want to recreate the joy of eating a mountain of food at your bubbi's table).
